FRANKLIN, Tenn.—Church Answers is expanding its leadership team with two key church health practitioners. Kevin Spratt will serve as vice president and chief growth officer. Steve Schaufele will become director of coaching.
Spratt has served as executive pastor of operations at Immanuel Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky the past three years. Prior to that, he served at LifeWay Christian Resources in the LifeWay Leadership department. “I am excited to be working with pastors and other church leaders across the world through the ministry of Church Answers,” he said. “Church Answers has really become the go-to company for local congregations.” Spratt will oversee the ministry and strategic growth of the company.
Steve Schaufele has been the lead pastor of Foothills Community Church in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada for several years. I am excited about working with and coaching pastors and other leaders through this ministry.” Schaufele will not only coach church leaders, he will also equip others to coach as well.
