Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for the subscription service. Refunds are only available in the form of a membership cancellation once a subscription is activated. Once your membership is cancelled, you will no longer have access to the subscription content or the site. New subscriptions are only available at certain times of the year and may be at a higher price than your current subscription. Content provided inside the Church Answers Customer Hub is intended for use with a single site license. Duplication or redistribution of these materials is not allowed. Shared memberships between denominational associations, conventions, or churches is not allowed unless prior consent is given. Violation of the single site usage policy will result in cancellation of membership with no refund.
