A big percentage of the Church is comprised of women showing up, serving, and using their gifts in lay capacities. From teaching small groups, to making meals, to coordinating volunteers, women serve faithfully without a title, position, or paycheck. In this final conversation in our 3 part series, Jacki and Lori talk about the importance of leading and leveraging our talents and voice for the Kingdom of God despite not having an official position or paycheck, and how sometimes we can find ourselves being tempted to link our worth and identity to a monetary value.
