Leading in a lay-leadership position can come with several different challenges and insecurities leaving women unsure of when and how to navigate leadership responsibilities in their churches and organizations. Sarah Stark joins us to talk through stepping into a lay women’s leadership position at her new church campus and some of the fears and hesitations that she had. She also shares about her experiences as a student in our new Certification in Women’s Discipleship through Church Answers University and how it has helped to equip her and give confidence in her new role.
Sarah is a wife to Robert, mom of two boys, Mason (8) and Hudson (6), fitness instructor, and lay women’s minister. She resides in Greenbrier, Arkansas, where she hopes to bring light and love to women in her community.
