Join Jacki and Lori McDaniel as they begin a 3-part mini-series asking some of the common questions around women in leadership. They start with answering the question, “Why do we need women in leadership?”
They give a brief overview of how women have been a part of God’s work and mission from the beginning pages of Genesis to today, and how women are able to bring different viewpoints, strengths, and wisdom to the table. They encourage us in the truth that in our differences we are able to bring strength to our ministries, workplaces, and communities.
Lori McDaniel is passionate about leading people to delight in God and His Word and activating them to declare his name in all the earth. She is a multifaceted leader, conference speaker, and Bible teacher. Her heart for the nations has led her to over 30 countries working with indigenous leaders and cross cultural workers. She served in Africa as a missionary and worked as Manager of Marketing and Mobilization with the International Mission Board.
She and her husband, Mike, live in Northwest Arkansas where he is the lead pastor of the church they planted. Lori has extensive experience in women’s ministry and church strategy. She holds an MA from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
