Pray for Northway Church in Macon, Georgia

Northway Church, located in a commercial area within a Macon suburb, began 25 years ago with a mission to reach the next generation for Christ. Their worship service is contemporary and in addition to Sunday mornings, they offer multiple small group opportunities during the week. The groups gather to study the Bible, pray, and develop relationships with one another. The Lord is growing their church not only in numbers but in those making decisions to follow Jesus. This year they have celebrated 73 baptisms and are praying with expectant hearts for more people to put their faith in Christ. 

Pastor Kevin Mills has led Northway for the past 17 years alongside his wife Katie. They have four children, and previously served as missionaries in Italy with the International Mission Board. According to Pastor Kevin this has been his most exciting year of ministry. In 2023, the church paid off its loan for a campus expansion that was completed in 2018. The Northway team is now focusing on developing design documents for a new worship center and remodeling much of its current campus to add needed Next-Gen ministry space. Let’s pray that God will provide clear direction to Pastor Kevin and the Northway team as they seek the Lord on His plans for their church.
