Pray for Ocean Rock Church in Marina, California

Ocean Rock Church is a church plant located on the central coast of California in the town of Marina. Under the leadership of Pastor Nehemiah Gallardo, the church officially launched on April 28, 2019. The church’s mission is to help people know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference.

When the pandemic struck in March 2020, the church shifted to “Home Church” and began live-streaming their worship services. After 36 weeks of online services, Ocean Rock will begin hosting drive-in church every week starting this Sunday, November 22. The congregation will watch the live broadcast from their cars in the church parking lot while maintaining physical distancing. 

Please join us as we pray specifically for:

• God to be glorified through Ocean Rock’s drive-in services. Please pray for technology to work, for the setup and execution of the service to go well, and for those who attend to stay safe and healthy. 

• The community of Marina to know Jesus.

• Pastor Nehemiah Gallardo as he leads Ocean Rock through a new phase of COVID restrictions in California and through the upcoming holiday season.

• God’s wisdom and grace as the church works to make connections and build relationships during the pandemic.
