Pray for Trinity Baptist Church in Lake Charles, Louisiana

Trinity Baptist Church began as New Missionary Baptist Church on August 19, 1926, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The church has grown from twelve members gathered in a vacant house to over 4,000 members and four worship venues. 

In August 1996, Trinity called Steve James to serve as their senior pastor. Under his leadership, the church has been active in starting churches and helping hurting people. The church has invested in outreach ministries to reach children, families, and the growing Hispanic population in their community. The church has also helped to plant churches locally and globally. 

On February 13th, Trinity will host a Super Sunday event to reach people for Christ on the biggest day in football. Please pray that many will be reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ during this event.
