Pray for Belmont A.M.E. Zion Church in Worcester, Massachusetts

Belmont A.M.E. Zion Church was founded in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1846 as a religious order that supports socially disadvantaged families through programs and faith-based growth. It is the largest A.M.E. Zion Church in the state.

Belmont A.M.E. Zion is an integral part of their community. They strive to meet the needs of their community through multiple ministries, including a food distribution program that feeds over 700 people each week. The church also distributes clothing and household items and hosts vaccine clinics.

The church’s roof has several leaks, which have resulted in some damage to the interior of the building. The church has applied for funding to cover the damages so the repairs are not a burden to the congregation members. Please pray that God will provide the funds for the church to make the necessary repairs and continue its vital ministry to the Worcester community.

Join us as we pray specifically for:

  • God to provide the funding for the church to repair its roof and interior.
  • God to bless the congregation as they serve and minister to their community.
  • Rev. Clyde D. Talley as he leads Belmont A.M.E Zion Church.
  • The community of Worcester, Massachusetts.
