Pray for CrossingPoint Christian Church in Rosharon, Texas
The first service of CrossingPoint Christian Church took place on January 21, 2002, in the living room of Pastor Craig & Shannon Hayes. Six people joined the new congregation with the intent of growing as Christian disciples and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Today, CrossingPoint is on a mission to reposition the Church at the center of the American culture and community.
By God’s hand, the twenty-year-old congregation relocated to Rosharon, Texas, a new, burgeoning community that needed a church to rise as a central resource. In 2019, the small congregation banded together to renovate two warehouses. One warehouse serves as a worship sanctuary. The other warehouse serves as a community gym where the church can love people BIG through generosity and service. The church hosts open gym nights to provide a safe place for the community to engage in athletics and other activities.
The church is working to generously serve and reach out to its community during its upcoming Gift of Hope season. CrossingPoint will kick off the season with its community fall festival on October 29th. Please pray for a safe, fully-funded event where Christ is exalted.
