Pray for Greenhills Christian Fellowship – Peel in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Greenhills Christian Fellowship – Peel in Mississauga, Ontario was launched on March 23, 2008, at the Meadowvale Community Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The church’s home church in Manila, Philippines, sent missionaries to Canada to start local church plants. As one of those church plants, GCF-Peel focuses on being missional with a multi-cultural and metropolitan emphasis.

GCF-Peel just celebrated 14 years of serving the communities of ​​Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon in the Greater Toronto area. The church had been meeting at the Castlebridge Public School. However, when the pandemic struck, the school became inaccessible to the church. Since early 2020 Pastor Jonathan Bernardo has been leading virtual worship services. 

The church is eager to return to in-person worship and fellowship. Please pray that GCF-Peel will find a new location where they can hold services and ministry opportunities in person. Also, pray that God will rally the congregation to love Him will all of their heart, soul, and strength, and they will share that love with others.

Please join us as we pray specifically for:

• A new meeting location so the church can resume in-person services.

• The congregation to be more intentional in looking after the next generation and caring for the most vulnerable in their community.

• Pastor Jonathan Bernardo as he leads Greenhills Christian Fellowship – Peel.

• The communities of ​​Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon in the Greater Toronto area.
