Pray for Union Baptist Church in Latta, South Carolina

Union Baptist Church was formed in 1860 when a group of Missionary Baptists and Methodists joined together in Temperance Hill of Marion County South Carolina and formed a common place of worship. Over the years, there have been many changes in the church’s congregation and place of worship. 

Pastor Dean Parker accepted the call to serve as lead pastor of Union Baptist in 2009. Seeing a move of God in 2016, the church decided to move its campus out of Temperance Hill into neighboring Meadow Hill. The church has seen much growth and continued blessings from the Lord in its new location.

There are many opportunities to learn and grow in Christ at Union Baptist. Please pray for protection, guidance, and direction from the Holy Spirit as the church ministers to and shares the gospel with its community.
