Pray for Corinth Baptist Church in Richmond Hill, Georgia

Corinth Baptist Church is a 138-year-old church in a former wooded marshland south of Savannah, GA in the town of Richmond Hill, GA. The area has exploded in population growth over the past 10 years. It’s a former “country church” that has been thrust in the middle of a population boom with a community that is now 70%-80% unchurched. The church is growing spiritually and numerically, even in the midst of COVID-19.

In the almost 5 years Pastor Robbie Norman has been at Corinth Baptist, the church has rebounded by tripling in growth, baptisms, people involved in discipleship, and missions giving. Corinth Baptist is a very relational church. They love one another, serve one another, and do life together.

In September the church will be presenting a new intentional process for accomplishing the Great Commission. This process will involve everyone and is not dependent on programs or church ministries. It focuses on the biblical model Jesus used when growing His disciples. It’s about leading people in a discipleship process that makes, moves, and multiplies disciples.
